Meet the team

Jack Peoples

Jack is an experienced private-practice Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He has experience with strength and conditioning and draws upon his experience in both fields to deliver a well-rounded treatment plan.

His experience includes:

  • QLD Mens Rugby 7’s

  • Norths Eagles Rugby Men’s 7’s

  • Brisbane Strikers Youth Soccer Academy

  • Professional Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA Athletes

Jack takes a performance-driven approach to physiotherapy, combining precise diagnosis with hands-on treatment and structured rehabilitation to get people moving and performing at their best.

He has a strong focus on exercise-based rehab, building programs that restore strength, improve movement, and reduce the risk of recurring injury. This is supported by manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue work and joint mobilisation or manipulation, where appropriate.

Jack has a particular interest in managing:

Post-surgical rehabilitation – including ACL reconstructions, meniscus procedures (repair or debridement), syndesmosis repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries of the ankle and shoulder.

Lower limb injuries – such as knee pain (including patellofemoral pain, ligament injuries, patellar tendinopathy, and meniscal issues) and ankle conditions like acute sprains, Achilles tendinopathy, and overload injuries.

Muscle strains – especially hamstring, quadriceps, and calf injuries, with an emphasis on progressive loading and return-to-performance outcomes.

Shoulder injuries – including instability and impingement presentations, particularly in athletes involved in contact sports.

His approach is centred around not just getting you out of pain, but building the capacity to handle the demands of your training, sport, and everyday life.
