Every program is written by a physiotherapist, not a generic template printed from a software tool. We consider your injury history, your current capacity, your training environment and your goals before writing a single exercise. Programs are progressed regularly so you are always working at the right level.
We work with people training at home, in a commercial gym, at a CrossFit box or in a workplace setting. Whatever your environment, we build something that actually fits.

Initial Assessment
We start with a thorough physiotherapy assessment to understand your current capacity, injury history, goals and training environment. This informs every decision in your program.

PROGRAM DESIGN
Your program is written specifically for you. Exercise selection, sets, reps, tempo, load and rest periods are all chosen with your goals and current ability in mind.

Education and Onboarding
We walk you through the program so you understand not just what to do but why you are doing it. Good form and understanding the purpose of each movement matters.

Progressive Reviews
Your program is reviewed and progressed regularly. As you get stronger and your capacity improves, your program evolves to keep pace with you.

There is some overlap but physiotherapists and exercise physiologists have different training backgrounds. As physio’s, we can assess and diagnose injury to help you train around and rehabilitate injured areas.
